Baba Ramdev questions terrorists exploiting Indian justice system | Popular Yoga guru Baba Ramdev on Monday questioned the existing justice system that allows even dreaded terrorists like Afzal Guru to delay punishment for a long time due to system's loopholes. Suggesting the existing justic system needs improvement, Ramdev
said: "This is our country's misfortune that about 300 people have been given
death sentence out of which most of them are brutal terrorists. Now Kasab is a
part of it, Afzal Guru is already a part of it and around 150 persons have submitted
their applications for pardon and many more will do so. So where is the justice
done? So there is a lot that has to be done which is the reason why we have formed
the political outfit, Bharat Swabhiman." He also said that he is devoting his
main time for villages' uplift. "During day time I personally visit eight to 10
villages. I am devoting 70 to 80 percent of my time to villages and the aim of
this is to awaken the villages of India," said Baba Ramdev on the sidelines of
a function at Hyderabad.
