Rajya Sabha Secretary General Agnihotri retiring | | The Rajya Sabha today bid farewell to its Secretary General, Dr V K Agnihotri. He is retiring at the end of the month.
Making a reference in the House, Chairman Mohammed Hamid Ansari expressed appreciation for the services he had rendered.
Ansari said, Dr Agnihotri, who assumed his office in October 2007, has performed his duties with dignity, devotion and dedication and helped in the smooth functioning of the house.
