Pakistan to release 315 Indian prisoners on Wednesday | Pakistan will release 315 Indian fishermen, including 23 juvenile prisoners lodged in Karachi jails on Wednesday. According to official jail sources, after the release of the prisoners, the number of Indian prisoners in Malir jail would be 123, reports
the Daily Times. The juvenile prisoners are lodged in Youthful Offenders' School
adjacent to Karachi Central Jail while others are kept in District Jail Malir.
The Indian prisoners would be released at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday and sent to the
Wagah border from where they would be handed over to the Indian authorities. Sindh
Law Minister Ayaz Soomro, who had recently announced that Indian prisoners, including juveniles would be sent back home, expects India to reciprocate and release Pakistani fishermen lodged in Indian jails.
