Nupur Talwar writing book on Aarushi's death | (Ghaziabad): Nupur Talwar, accused in the 2008
twin murder of her teenaged daughter and domestic help Hemraj, is writing a book
named 'Mystery behind Aarushi's death-Story of an unfortunate mother' inside Ghaziabad's
Dasna Jail where she is lodged. "Nupur Talwar is most of the time busy in writing
her book called 'Mystery behind Aarushi-Story of an unfortunate mother'. She is
writing this book to show that the reality of Aarushi murder case should come
before the public. She has asked us that she wants to write this book and get
it published. We told (her) that of honourable court allows you, we will consider
it," said Dasna Jail Superintendent Viresh Raj Sharma. "Right now, her entire
focus is on this book. She wants to bring the truth in front of everyone," he
added. Meanwhile, the Supreme Court is expected to hear Talwar's bail plea in
the case. Nupur Talwar sought quashing of the trial court order rejecting the
CBI's closure report and taking cognizance against her and her husband, Rajesh
Talwar. The apex court will also be hearing the Talwars' review plea seeking to
quash criminal proceedings against them. The case is also coming up in a Ghaziabad
court. A Ghaziabad sessions court had earlier on May 3 deferred the hearing of
the Aarushi Talwar-Hemraj double murder case till May 9. The development came
a day after Nupur Talwar, the prime accused in the murder case, moved the Supreme
Court for bail. Her bail application before the special court was earlier rejected
following opposition from the CBI. She was sent to the Dasna Jail. Earlier, the
Ghaziabad court had issued a non-bailable warrant against Nupur after she failed
to appear before a special CBI court despite a deadline given to her. Nupur and
Rajesh Talwar have been accused by the CBI of murdering their teenaged daughter
Aarushi in May 2008. Aarushi was found dead inside her Noida residence with her
throat slit. The body of the Talwars' domestic servant Hemraj was recovered from
the terrace the next day.
