'Joe the Plumber' believes Obama is 'blessed by God' | Tea Party favourite and congressional candidate 'Joe the Plumber' has said that his Christian 'brother' US President Barack Obama was 'blessed by God'. Samuel Joseph
Wurzelbacher also said that America to this day was a Judeo-Christian country,
The Politico reports. Wurzelbacher blasting those who doubted the president's
faith, said that Obama's conversion to Christianity came against all odds and
allowed him to throw off his past. "He became a Christian against all odds, and
ultimately - I don't know God's will - but if you follow what God wants you to
do, he will bless you. Barack Obama has been blessed by God, to become president,"
Wurzelbacher told the Politico. Wurzelbacher drew attention to president's faith
through a letter to the Christian Broadcasting Network titled "I'm Blessed to
be a Christian". "After Barack Hussein Obama suddenly cast-off his Muslim roots,
rejected his mother's disbelief in God, turned tail on the Islam of his early
life and converted to Christianity - BLAM - he's elected President," he wrote
in the letter, which he plans to distribute to churches during his campaign against
Marcy Kaptur in Ohio's 9th District. Despite his kind words for the president,
Wurzelbacher, however, stressed that political differences remained between them.
