Caroline Giuliani, 20, a Harvard student was caught stuffing makeup into her jacket pocket on cameras, at a Sephora store at E. 86th Street and Lexinton Avenue shortly before 2 p.m. The security guard called the police, but when they identified who she was, they decided not to press charges.
