asking if India is going to talk in terms of real engagement this time, as Pakistan
has not yet dismantled the terror network, Ms. Rao said: "Obviously, if we are
talking about counter-terrorism we have to talk of substance, we have to talk
of how we put in place concrete measures to strengthen counter-terrorism cooperation.
Obviously, that will be the focus." |
