Addressing officers and soldiers after an army parade, Iran's president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has declared that Iran is so powerful today that no one would dare to attack it. Ahmadinejad said the US should stop supporting Israel and leave the Middle East and Afghanistan. "They have to leave our region. This is not a request; it is an order from the nations of the region," the Scotsman quoted Ahmadinejad as saying. The US has been campaigning for a new sanctions against Iran after Tehran rejected US president Barack Obama's offer for dialogue.
