The second floor of the hotel, where Pakistan Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani and his country's media contingent, were staying had to be vacated following a hoax call. The floor was being used by Pakistani journalists, who had gathered in Washington to cover the two-day nuclear security summit. Gilani and other Pakistani diplomats and officials were staying on the fourth floor of the same hotel and were not present inside the building when the security drill was performed, The Daily Times reports. According to a private television channel, all the guests on the second floor were asked to vacate their rooms immediately and assemble in the lobby following a threat call from an unidentified person. US security agencies arrived at the hotel soon after the call was made and declared it safe after a thorough scanning of the building by sniffer dogs . Nothing much was revealed about the caller or from where the call was made.
