India hands over fresh dossier to Pakistan against JuD chief Saeed | India on Wednesday submitted another dossier seeking strict action against Jamaat-ud-Dawa (JuD) chief Hafiz Saeed, who is believed to be the mastermind of the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks. With
the new dossier India has asked Pakistan to either hand over Saeed or take strict
action against him. In the last seven days, the is second occasion when a dossier
of evidence related to 26/11 has been submitted to Pakistan The new dossier is
believed to carry more evidence against Saeed. On February 25, during Foreign
Secretary level talks India had submitted a dossier concerning the handing over
of Saeed. However, after the talk Pakisatn Foreign Secretary Bashir said the evidences
presented by India against Saeed were mere literature and the nation did not have
enough evidence against him. Earlier, New Delhi had expressed severe concern over
the Islamabad's inaction against Saeed. India also expressed shock over allowing
Saeed to make 'provocative and insidious' speeches against Indian in a television
interview. Saeed had declared an open Jihad against India in television interviews.
"If India is not ready to talk on water and Kashmir then Pakistan should wage
a war against India. JuD will fight along with the Pakistan army," Saeed had said
in the interview. |
