"The truth is that everybody struggles with it - we just don't talk about it," the Daily Express quoted her as telling Easy Living. The First Lady also revealed that she has learned to tell when the stress of being President is getting to her husband. "When he's really sort of brooding about something, it's late at night and there's a lot of little note-writing going on...that's when I know," she said.
