Lanka set Pakistan 140 target in T20WC semi-final | Sri Lanka has set Pakistan a target of 140 to get in the first semi-final of the Twenty20 World Cup. Electing to bat first after winning the toss, Sri Lanka could manage to score on 139 runs for
the loss of four wickets. The main contributors to the Sri Lanka total were skipper Mahela Jayawardene with 42 and opener Tillekeratne Dilshan with 35. Jayawardene struck seven boundaries in his innings, while Dilshan struck three. Kumar Sangakkara scored a quick 18 before being caught in the deep. Jeevan Mendis scored 15.
