The Spice Girls, who had reunited for their performance at Olympics closing ceremony, partied until sunrise with old adversary Liam Gallagher to celebrate their Olympics glory. Emma Bunton tweeted “PARTY!!!!” at 4am, and posted a picture of the girls with the Beady Eye frontman a few hours after the sun had risen with the caption “Party till the break of dawn! And Mels still in her outfit!!!” the Mirror reported. Mel C chipped in with: “Love liamgallagher ‘come and ‘ave a go!’ before adding ‘Ha ha! Had one hours sleep, too excited!” Baby and Sporty even tweeted Mel B some abuse for not changing out of the outfit she wore for the gig. While the girls were celebrating their gig in front of a few billion people, Victoria Beckham was nowhere to be seen. She revealed that she was “totally overwhelmed” and tweeted her excitement. “I was a pop star for the night!! I love u MelanieCmusic, OfficialMelB, GeriHalliwell, EmmaBunton!! we did it!! X vb,” Victoria tweeted.
