Britain dubbed one of the laziest countries | Britain has been found to be the laziest country in the world, where more than 63 percent of the population falls
into the category of ‘inactive’, a new study has suggested. Scientific journal
The Lancet, which has carried out a global study, included results from 122 countries,
to rank them according to their laziness quotient. Ireland , which is famous for
it pubs and music, was ranked as the 18th least active country in the world. The
study also revealed that just over 40 percent of those in North America were inactive,
putting it in the 46th spot, the Daily Mail reported. Meanwhile, Greece was labelled
the least lazy nation in the study, as only 15 percent of the population of the
country was classed as inactive. Other countries, which have raced ahead of UK
in being inactive, were Kuwait , Micronesia , Argentina , Serbia , Saudi Arabia
, Swaziland and Malta Top 20 laziest countries in the world are: Malta - 71.9
