Pak SC presses PM Ashraf to reopen graft cases against Prez Zardari | | The Pakistan Supreme Court has ordered the Attorney General to consult Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf and inform the court regarding the NRO implementation case. A three-member bench headed by Justice Nasir ul Mulk has
asked Ashraf to submit his reply on the issue of writing to the Swiss authorities
to reopen graft cases against President Asif Ali Zardari, reports The Dawn. The
court's order said that previous premier Yousuf Raza Gilani was disqualified,
as he did not comply with the orders, hoping that Ashraf will follow the orders.
