Zuckerberg suffered $3.2 bln loss in week since Facebook floatation | Mark Zuckerberg, co-founder of the world's most popular social networking
site Facebook lost 3.2 billion dollars this week as share values of his firm dropped
16.5 percent, according to a report. Zuckerberg, 28, was the biggest loser in
a recently published list of the world's richest people. The Bloomberg Billionaires
Index ranked him as the 35th richest person in the world with a 16.2 billion dollars
fortune, The Sydney Morning Herald reports. According to the report, other Facebook
fortunes also fell during the week. Sean Parker, who persuaded Zuckerberg to move
to California to focus on the company full time in 2004, owns 66 million Facebook
shares worth 2.1 billion dollars, down 402 million dollars since the company's
IPO. The Bloomberg Billionaires Index takes measure of the world's richest people
on the basis of market and economic changes and Bloomberg News reporting.
