The victim of molestation case involving Royal Challengers Bangalore’s (RCB) cricketer Luke Pomersbach has sent a legal notice to Sidhartha Mallya, seeking unconditional apology from team’s director for his remarks on the microblogging site Twitter that allegedly questioned her character. Zohal Hameed, the U.S. national who has complained against Pomersbach also met Barkha Singh, Chairperson of the Delhi Commission for Women on Saturday. Speaking to mediapersons after her meeting with Hameed, Barkha Singh, also a Congress MLA said, "What Sidhartha Mallya has said is appalling. We will issue a notice on Monday. Mr Mallya will have to respond within a week." Hameed had alleged that the Australian molested her at a five-star hotel here on Thursday night. Sahil Peerzada, Hameed’s fiancé, who was reportedly assaulted by Pomersbach is now stable as revealed by his doctor.
