Having topped the coveted UPSC examination, Sneha Agrawal, has dared to turn her dreams into reality. Sneha, who is pursuing Indian Revenue Service (IRS) at the National Academy of Direct Taxes, has also completed her MBBS from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences. Sneha says that she always dreamt of getting into IAS. Last time when she gave the examination she qualified for IRS but it was IAS that remained her ultimate aim. The girl who has seen problems in the rural areas very closely during her visits to remote area as an MBBS, she wants to extend a helping hand. Elaborating more on her aspirations as an IAS, she says, that the policies formulated are good but the problem lies in their implementation. The UPSC topper wants to implement the policies at grass root level and reach out to those who need support from the government.
