Britain's largest police force is in danger of losing out on making progress in fighting racism since the murder of Stephen Lawrence, a new report says. According to the Macpherson Report that looked into the killing of the black teenager, a review of race and faith issues within the force shows that there is to identify a new vision, which can provide a comparable level of inspiration. According to The Telegraph, the review found evidence ethnic minority officers remain at a disadvantage when competing for promotion and lack confidence in the process.
